Well, why not let us shout about it for you AND be part of our A-Z fitness challenge? So, what do we need from you? Not much - we’re doing all the hard work!

This year we are going to do that through this challenge! “It’s called the A-Z challenge because we are working our way through an alphabet of work-outs and health and wellness concepts across different gyms; large & small, intense and (hopefully) some which aren’t so intense!”

The first of our A-Z Challenge workouts was completed in April by Kev Forester with an Adrenal1ne class (for 'A') at the amazing V1be boutique site in Manchester.
Our business development manager, Kev Forester, said: Big thanks to Lifestyle Fitness for getting involved and for putting their workout forward. Thanks also to Christie for putting me through my paces. The club looks fab, it’s a really good set up in the heart of Manchester.”
How do you stay motivated when you take on a fitness challenge? We need all your tips!
Last year our Onboarding and Technical Support Manager, Chris Pattinson, took on the amazing challenge of spending 45 minutes a day on a stair-climber for 45 days.
Naturally he smashed it with grit and determination – we hope we can follow his good example!
