Orbit4 X400 Challenge Wraps Up
The Orbit4 X400 Challenge has officially wrapped up, bringing together 30+ teams and over 100 fitness professionals from across the UK.
From its launch on National Fitness Day to the finale at Wyndley Leisure Centre (hosted with Serco Leisure), the challenge showcased teamwork, energy and strong industry collaboration.
Congratulations to The Brinny Boys (Life Leisure), who took the top spot with a time of 24:21.
A big thank you to everyone who took part and supported the challenge, including ATHX Games, EZ Loyalty and Myzone. Prize presentations will take place at Elevate in June.

Chris Pattinson is part of our onboarding and technical support team, helping new clients get up and running smoothly from day one.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
Spreadsheets… and more spreadsheets. I enjoy working with data and supporting clients at the start of their Orbit4 journey.
Outside of work?
Road cycling in summer and Wattbike sessions all year round.
Favourite place?
Amsterdam — a great mix of work and exploring a new city.
Fun fact:
Chris has performed in pantomimes in his younger days — and was always very typecast.

A New Dashboard
The new Orbit4 app dashboard gives you a clearer, real-time view of what needs attention — helping teams respond faster, reduce missed actions and stay in control of daily operations.
Key improvements:
- Stay logged in for up to 7 days for faster access
- Real-time notifications for tickets, updates and mentions — helping teams improve response times and reduce missed actions.
- New admin panel to manage assets, schedules and inventory in one place — improving visibility and reducing admin time.
Orbit4 App Now Available for Client Admins
Client Admins can now use the Orbit4 app, making it easier for site and operational teams to manage key tasks on the go, without needing desktop access.
This gives teams faster access to operational information while improving visibility across sites.
You can view and manage tickets, assets and checklists, as well as raise new tickets directly from your device for ALL sites within your estate — ideal for site-based and mobile teams.
RAG Scoring Now Live
RAG (Red, Amber, Green) scoring is now available within checklists.
This gives operators a clearer, more objective view of performance and compliance across sites — helping teams identify issues faster, maintain operational consistency and improve quality control.
