Tech Update
Open API is on its way!
Following an exciting period of product development, our awesome deve team: Maxi, Matthew and Rooz are now creating our Open API code so that key partners can integrate with Orbit4. This means we can optimise the experience between all users so that operational efficiencies can be maximised by all! We'll keep you up to date with the launch date.
Latest Partnerships
We're delighted that Stronger Wellness have decided to roll-out Orbit4 as their preferred software for asset management and service ticketing for their customers. Stronger have recognised that the software will enable them to drive efficiencies within their own internal operations, whilst offering a smooth customer facing solution to raise service tickets when equipment needs attention. Founder and Director, Elena Lapetra said "Founders turn partners as a natural transition from the shared pursuit of creating and supporting gyms with a difference and after years of being cheerleaders and supporters of each other businesses in the background. Our goal is not just to provide spaces, but to forge lasting partnerships with customers, ensuring the longevity of their investments and Orbit4 allows our service team to do exactly that".

Following a positive year in 2023 where we grew our business and headcount from 26 staff to 31, we head into 2024 with the usual vigour and energy. Our development team have been working tirelessly to progress the awesome functionality that Orbit4 is providing customers and partners. Personally, I've really enjoyed architecturally designing the platform following clients and partners feedback. This platform has genuinely been created by the industry, for the industry! We can't wait to help gym operators and partners to improve their operations and drive more data around their fitness assets.
The platform has been launched into new markets including UAE, Germany, North America and the Philippines. Super exciting times ahead for the industry and we're looking forward to being a key driver in the digital transformation for many companies we connect with.
In addition, our position in the EuropeActive T20 Fittech Advisory Group is an important inclusion for us and our industry. This gives us a voice in how we help transform the commercial fitness industry into a much better, technology-led advanced environment. It's clear many other industry's are strides ahead from a tech perspective and it's time our sector caught up and benefit from the efficiencies technology can deliver.
Our sister brands continue to trade well. WeBuyGymEquipment continues to facilitate used equipment trade-ins across 25 countries globally and to date helped to recycle over 150,000 commercial fitness assets over 8 years. FitnessCompared's partnership with Alliance Leisure and the UK Leisure Framework is offering an awesome opportunity to a wider pre-qualified network of suppliers in public fitness equipment tenders.
We're looking forward to attending events in 2024 which allows us to humanly connect to our partners and customers. Following COVID, we all realise the importance of face-to-face collaboration so the events we're schedule to attend will be well anticipated for all.
